To get it to lay right, I angled the clasp and eye pin ends upwards. It works pretty well. It just photographs ugly.
This necklace is heading off with me to art market tonight. We don't normally have a night market. But our first annivesary of this market opening last year happened to coincide with First Friday Art trail. So it's a bit of a celebration. I have loved this market and all of the wonderful people I've met there. It's kept me from being a complete and total hermit. So I'm off!
Have a great weekend!!!!

ha! I do the same thing! once i got the hang of wrapping briolettes i did it to death. love your hidden little clasp! your big buttons are just perfect for that. have fun at the art fair! i'm sure what little inventory you come back with will have shopper drool all over it!
I love the simplicity of this design - puts the focus where it ought to be - right on your gorgeous flower button! I get in those "grooves", too. Last year when I discovered Lucite flowers I ended up with an entire mini-collection of finished pieces using them. I couldn't stop!
I can become a rut designer too. But as they say if it aint broke ....
I'm sure your own drive to create beauty will have you doing something new in no time.
You have a good weekend too.
